Tevyn

Tevyn attended Skyline High School in Oakland, CA. After coaching for several years and becoming certified as a fitness trainer, he and his partner opened Lifelight Fitness in 2015. They currently own Ryze Fitness, a mobile personal training and bootcamp business in Castro Valley. Tevyn views fitness as a safe haven and source of personal growth. He completed the Beast Spartan Race, a 13+ mile obstacle course in the mountains of Lake Tahoe. He resides in Oakland and enjoys chess, camping, and video games.
