Fit Kids TV accounts are managed by guardians. A guardian can request deletion of their account and its associated child profiles, progress, rewards, and sign-in connections.
Email info@fitkids.org from the guardian email used for the account. Use the subject “Fit Kids TV data deletion” and include the guardian email address if it differs from the sending address.
We will verify account ownership before processing the request. After verification, we delete account-linked product data except for limited records retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. We will confirm when the request is complete.
